Our Gwanghwamun Patriotic Movement follows the spirit of the April 19 Revolution guaranteed in the preamble to the Constitution.
We declare our pledge to the public as follows:
First: Since the same case cannot be re-impeached according to Article 13 of the Constitution, the impeachment of President Yoon Seok-Yoel is declared null and void.
Second: I declare that President Yoon Seok-Yoel, Prime Minister, and Cabinet will be immediately restored to their original state through the right of popular resistance, which is the authority of the Constitutional Commission.
